Positive: For a visit to NYC as a family of four, we stayed here, with three bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living area for the same cost of a twin bedded hotel room in Manhattan. Using the HBLR, PATH and subway, we could get into NYC for less than the cost of hotel car parking. The property came with a dedicated parking off-street parking space. The kitchen was properly equipped and clean. The bathroom was in good order and had been recently renovated.
Negative: The renovated bathroom had an excellent shower but it had replaced the advertised spa bath. Not a problem for us, but beware the outdated property description. More of an issue was the fact that the advertised washer and dryer did not exist. There are laundromats close by but we could not put washing on and go out for the day.
Summary: A spacious, good value base for a family visiting NYC
