Guest access
Pets must be approved beforehand. Please message us about your pet.
Guests have access to the entire house except the owners closet or mechanical room. Guests will check themselves in with an electronic lock. The code will be provided 24-48 hrs before the arrival date.
Other things to note
1) Guests must be 25 or older to make a reservation.
2) All guests must sign an electronic rental agreement and provide a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license) for verification.
3) We are not allowing pets in the property. If you MUST bring your pet, it must be approved before booking. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Pet fee $200 per pet apply. If you bring undisclosed pet, your reservation will be cancelled without refunds.
4) A starter kit of essentials (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent) is provided. For longer stays, additional supplies can be purchased nearby.
5) The hot tub requires 5-6 hours to heat. Depending on when cleaning was completed, the hot tub may not be hot at the time of your arrival.
6)Due to the location, cell phone reception may occasionally be inconsistent.
IMP NOTE:
7)Be aware of the clearance height at certain corners due to the A-frame design.
8)Keep the doors/net closed to keep bugs from entering the property especially in the evenings.
9)Do not keep trash or food outside the home which may attract bears and raccoons in the property.
10)Ice cubes for the Ice bath Spa need to be brought by guests.
11)Smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited.
