Pull the blackout curtains closed for a good night's rest. UPSTAIRS QUEEN BEDROOMThe upstairs queen bedroom has a TV, fireplace, and ensuite bath (shower-tub combination). Enjoy a dedicated workspace in this room if you want or need to work from home. We have a monitor with HDMI connection if you prefer a second screen. UPSTAIRS BUNK ROOMThe second bedroom upstairs has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Overhead fan for air movement. Blackout curtains. Perfect for kids - or adults can remove the ladded and use the queen bed, making this another room for single or couple travelers. OUTDOOR FIREPIT Gather around the outdoor firepit on the front deck and enjoy views of the stars, the sound of birds chirping, and a cool Carolina breeze. SHARED LAUNDRYWe have shared laundry in the basement. You are welcome to do laundry here (we provide laundry detergent). Note that this space is also shared with our housekeepers and the downstairs guest suite that is rented separately (inquire if you'd like to rent out the ENTIRE house).You'll have full and exclusive access of the home and the front fenced in yard. As noted elsewhere in the listing, we have a private guest suite downstairs that is rented separately. The laundry is shared. Each unit has its own parking and separate entrances on opposite sides of the home on different levels.We'll be available if you need anything at all! Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors will not be tolerated. Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS.Pets allowed with pet fee and agreement to pet policy. All pets must be registered. Failure to register your pet will result in a $200 unauthorized pet fee.GUEST VERIFICATIONWe are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.We ask that each guest complete this identification process and purchase either a deposit or waiver. The $500 deposit comes with a $15 transaction fee and the waiver costs a flat $35 to purchase. These costs are nonrefundable while the $500 deposit is refundable and will be released within 7-14 days after the reservation ends.
