Laundry room: washer, dryer and utility sink. Large screened-in porch with dining table for 6 plus A-frame wooden picnic table with umbrella for outdoor dining. Outdoor grill with bbq tent. Fire pit that seats 6, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the family time. Circular driveway that fits up to 3 automobiles plus a carport. Plenty of games to enjoy with the family such as: pool table, foosball, deluxe poker, dominoes table, cornhole set, board games and more. Pets are not allowed.
