A hidden timeless oasis sits on 5.2 acres. The entrance to this grand and classic 1840's brick Colonial home is incredible; featuring a double entrance driveway which leads past towering trees and pristine landscaping to a brick walkway. Maneuver your way through walkways and perfectly manicured shrubbery, sip tea on the covered porch, or have lunch on the patio.
There is a swimming pool for the guests to use during the summer. There is also a fire pit with all the supplies you need.
Throughout the interior of this classic beauty, you will find an open floor concept, hardwood floors, and fine antique finishes mixed with modern amenities. The Manor house has a front entry, full kitchen, living room, dining room, TV room and 1/2 bath on the first floor; while the upper floor contains 5 bedrooms, 3 have bathrooms attached. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
This one-of-a-kind property is in an excellent location, close to the Susquehanna River, making boating, fishing and kayaking easy--especially with a pavilion, playground and boat ramp within a 1/4 mile from the property. There is also a bike trail along the river.
Close to Nook Sports, Hersheypark, and all the Lancaster attractions
The Guesthouse at Magnolia Manor will be rented either together with Magnolia Manor or as a separate guest house. Each home has it's own outdoor areas, firepit and gas grill. So there is a possibility if you rent Magnolia Manor there will be another party in the Guesthouse. The Guesthouse does not have access to the pool or hot tub areas. Laundry facilities (housed in the garage) are shared between the two properties.
No parties (defined as any gathering of people that exceeds the number of registered guests). Written permission is needs from the owners for any additional visitors.
Guest reservation must include the accurate number of guests staying at the home.

Pool will be closed after Labor Day weekend and reopen for Memorial Day.
