Nicely remodeled 2 BR, 1.5 bathrooms, right 1/2 of house(it was previously a 2 family) with its own front and rear entrances. Secured from other half of home that owner lives in. Grand staircase, stylish remodeled bedrooms, large living room.

NOTE: my base rate is based on 1 or 2 guest using 1 of the bedrooms. If 2 guests using separate bedrooms chose 3 guests. $40/night additional.

PARLOR- with Antique 1919 Brunswick full size pool table for Adults only.

FRONT BEDROOM - nice new espresso bamboo hardwoods. Closets doors & 1/2 bedroom crown still not re- installed.

Air conditioning – Window air conditioners in each bedroom and livingroom cover house. Not central air. Work great, just not as quiet. Box fans in rooms and 1 down. 5 degrees cooler in Caz than Manlius & Fayetteville and more than Syracuse

Parking - is rear off street driveway. Driveway is shared with owners. Please let me know ahead if you will have more than 1 vehicle.

Summary: My family and I went to visit my daughter at college. The location was absolutely perfect. The space was very nice as well. Being that it’s a two family home you could hear everything from the other unit. Including the phone ringing, conversations, etc., but we weren’t there that much for it to be an issue. Beds were comfortable and the house was well-equipped. When they say one appliance running at a time, that means one! I blew a circuit while running the microwave when the coffee pot was on the warmer. The owner was very quick to fix the issue. He also went above and beyond to let us know of places to eat and their availability. The chimenea out in the backyard was very relaxing. The place was on the pricy side, but we very much enjoyed our stay.
