There is a separate suite at the far end of the house which will be very rarely occupied, this is a separate unit under the same roof but there are no shared spaces, guests wills have exclusive use of the laundry room and the beach area at all times, this suite will be unoccupied for most of the year, it is likely to be occupied around thanksgivng and from christmas time until the first of the year, please do not enter that fenced area.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, managed by a private host
