Please note that check-in is not possible without both a valid form of id and the credit card used to make the reservation, parking is handled by a third party contractor which you can reserve and pay on - site, please approach apartment front desk for further information about parking, please note credit card payments will appear as pelican residence on your statements, pets are welcome with approval for a fee as long as they do not lay on beds/furniture or damage anything. there will be a $500 fee for any animals/pets brought without prior approval as the property will not allow unapproved pets, remaining balance to be collected 7 days before arrival on the booking conditions, the guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. the guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. if the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation, the guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation, some units are smaller than other so may not have a sofa bed but we do provide an airbed, please let us know the exact number of guest so we can accommodate you accordingly.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
