Walk into an amazingly spacious living room and kitchen, with seating for all of your family and friends. On the main floor, you will walk into a large open kitchen, living and dining space. Head towards the stairway and find a king bedroom with attached bath, facing the Gulf, as well as a bedroom with two queen beds and attached bath that faces the pool. There is also a half bath located on this level.
The second floor boasts an additional living space with large flat screen TV, wet bar, and additional six bedrooms. Four of the six bedrooms are located on the upper four corners of the home. There is a king bedroom facing the Gulf, as well as three additional corner rooms with two queen beds each. Each corner bedroom has an attached bath. Facing the pool you will find the additional two bunk rooms, each with their own bathroom.
The ground floor area under the house has a bar area available for events. This area is only available for weddings and other events.
