Summary: The entire staff (Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Breakfast Service) were very friendly and polite! We travel and use hotels sometimes for business or personal travel. This particular trip was for a family funeral. This location (Belmont/Charlotte NC) was staffed with such a nice crew! You don't always see or get this high level of service (whether same chain or not). Keep up the great work and please pass on to the entire staff we much appreciated and enjoyed them!
