It is within 90 minutes of Washington, DC, Richmond, Annapolis, and Fairfax. With 240 feet of Potomac River frontage, a private dock with two boat lifts, and a sandy beach, it is ideally and uniquely situated for small gatherings, boating, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and crabbing.
The custom-built estate features a main house with 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths. A breezeway connects the mother-in-law suite and it’s private bath to the main house. A separate carriage house supplies an additional apartment with it’s own kitchen, fireplace, and full bathroom. The carriage house and mother-in-law suite are available for rent as an add-on and ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING.
Additionally, Little Ferry Inn boasts a private swimming pool with a spa (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend), a pool house, an outdoor shower, an exercise room, a custom bar, and a billiards room. Kayaks, jet skis, and paddle boards are available to rent as well.
