The neighborhood has undergone a renaissance in recent years in part as a result of the expansion of the Oklahoma Medical Center complex, anchored by the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, on its south side.

There is off-street parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is limited from 8 am-5 pm due to OU Health Sciences Center student parking.
The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There are pots and pans, plates and glasses, basic cooking utensils, coffee, creamers, and sugar.
Clean sheets and towels are provided at the beginning of every stay. If you wish to launder them during your stay, there is washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.
Guests will be responsible for their own essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.) once they have used the complimentary essentials provided at the beginning of their stay.
PET POLICY: A maximum of 2 pets (dogs or cats) are allowed. Pets must be house-trained, have up-to-date shots, and be properly groomed to minimize shedding. Pets should be crated while unattended in the property and kept off of furniture at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up the yard after your own pet. There is a $50/pet/stay fee.
