On site parking for 1 car. All other vehicles must park on Willow Street. Bus stop is outside the front door. Parking in the driveway is first come first serve.

No smoking inside the unit but there is a porch outside if needed.
No overnight guests without my approval.
Check-out is at 11 am. Upon leaving, please be sure the unit is tidy, all dishes are washed and back into the cupboards and all food has been put in the garbage. The garbage has been taken out to the outside trash bins. Place keys back into the lockbox so my cleaners can get in to prepare for the next guest.
