Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of other small appliances provided including a coffee maker, a toaster, a crockpot, a gridle, and more.

Large, fenced backyard and cozy front porch for gatherings. The front porch is equipped with a swing, chairs and gas firepit. The backyard has a small wood fire-pit.
