The property sits at 7,000+ ft with an inclined driveway — 4WD or chains are required in snowy conditions. Snow removal is handled by a contractor, so vehicles must be moved during plowing. Shovels and salt are provided; plan ahead for unpredictable winter weather.
★ Trash Policy: Due to bears in the area, you MUST dispose ALL trash in the GREEN metal BEAR BOX located at the driveway, ensuring it is securely locked, and the Allen Wrench is REMOVED after locking. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a $1,500 fine. All garbage MUST BE placed into gallon plastic bags.
