If you have always dreamed of vacationing steps to the beach, this is the home for you! This unique and quirky beachfront cottage is about 1000 square feet, features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is ONLY STEPS TO THE BEACH. The kitchen is open to the living room and a small dining/breakfast nook. Slaughter Beach has a Fire Department, public tennis/pickleball courts, children play area and public basketball courts. Just a minute to Cedar Creek Marina and the DuPont Nature Center and about 7 miles to the new BayHealth Medical Center. Please note we have installed exterior camera for security purposes, and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld.
