This cozy ranch is located on a residential street in the charming community of Green Tree, which is accessible to downtown Pittsburgh in minutes via I-376.
The house features a large driveway with off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles (please note that the garage is not available to guests). There are two bedrooms on the main level of the home, one of which contains a queen size bed and the other a Double (Full) bed. The house has one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and is stocked with soap, toilet, paper, and basic toiletries in addition to clean towels.
In the kitchen, guests will find updated appliances that include a dishwasher, gas stove, and refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser and ice maker. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and basic pots and pans and cooking utensils. A Keurig with a variety of k-cups and cream and sugar is also provided. The spacious breakfast bar between the kitchen and living room accommodates up to six people.
