History about our home. This is a newly renovated single family home with a huge yard. Below is a basement which is included in the listing. The house which is the main floor and below is approximately 2200 sqft, consisting of 5 bedrooms, two living room, fully furnished Kitchens and 2 bathroom.
The rooms are equipped with smart TVs and one work stations. Total of 6 Televisions with Cable TV and lots of entertainment apps you can sign up in into.
Inside the house a new washer and dryer. Enjoy our deep cleaned and sanitized bathrooms. We supply the bathroom basic. You need a Bidet, our bathrooms got them.
Parking is free but a maximum of four cars allowed. Two cars on the driveway and two or less around the property. Please check out our House Rules.
Absolutely no party nor event of any kind. We will vacate immediately and charge if this happens. Smoking is not allowed in the house but spaces in the yard. This is an everyday working people and family neighborhood. The neighborhood population is diverse. The home is close to a school. Traffic is normal. Major street is 3-5 minutes walk away. Traffic noise doesn’t get to house.
The neighborhood is safe and the home is spacious, immaculate and fenced. WIFI is available. There is adequate night lighting outside the property, a clean lawn and backyard garden. There fenced backyard is spacious and good for outdoors.
Host is accessible via the Airbnb app or through direct calls. We are prompt in communicating and respond timely to messages. Extremely late hours may be a delay but we always get back to guests.
Our check in process is seamless with a smart lock and an access code which is sent some hours /minutes before checking in. Early check in may be on availability at a charge to accelerate the cleaning. Our checking out process is simple and sent during stay.
