Newly renovated, professionally decorated, and thoughtfully designed, this spacious home provides a perfect respite for travelers to Charlottesville. Can also be rented as a 5BR/2BA house. Centrally and conveniently located to amazing restaurants, boutiques, and local attractions (including a wonderful park just two blocks away with splash grounds and play equipment), plus sporting a huge fully-fenced back yard and expansive front yard for your pups and kids, this home is perfect for families traveling with dogs, couples in town deciding whether to retire here, or traveling nurses looking for a house close to all local hospitals.

The house can be rented as a single-floor home with 3 bedrooms, 1 newly-renovated full bath with tub/shower combo, an light-filled, open-concept living room/kitchen/dining area with a chef's kitchen and all of the tools and amenities you will need to prepare wonderful meals, including a Vitamix, All-Clad pots and pans, and Wustof knives. The living room has a smart TV (no cable) and comfortable seating area, and the dining area is surrounded by windows overlooking the backyard, nearby houses, and mountains and trees beyond.
You can also rent the house as a 5BR/2 BA- listed separately on airbnb. When rented as a 5 BR/2 BA, the house also includes the lower level. We do NOT rent out the top and bottom levels separately, so there is no need to worry about noise from other guests if you just rent out the top. However, if you would like a little more space and an additional full bathroom, renting out the house in its entirety is not a bad idea! The bottom level has an additional two bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen), a newly-renovated full bath with tub/shower combo, a cafe kitchen with a second full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, sink, and door out to the fenced back yard. Additionally, there is a dining area which can make an awesome office space for work-from-homers who would like privacy from the rest of the family upstairs. There is also a second living area with couch and second flat-screen smart TV.
