The Carriage House is in walking distance of C'ville's historic Downtown Mall, downtown Belmont, IX Art Park, and is 1 mile from UVA (if the wind is right, you can hear the football game!).
Spacious and private personal 2 bedroom apartment with large additional sleeping loft, 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, and washer and dryer. The living room has an electric fireplace for cozy tv watching. The main bathroom has a double vanity with a marble counter. In the middle of Charlottesville’s most popular neighborhood, with easy access to all the local sites and with front views of Monticello and back views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
