We are an exclusive vacation rental agency that provides the best possible experience for both owners and guests. Because of this, we have specific rules and regulations in place. Please read the following carefully:
→ We welcome responsible, respectful guests who value our homes as much as we do. All reservations are subject to our standard screening and verification process to ensure the best experience for both guests and homeowners.
→ A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
→ NO bachelor parties, weddings, or events are allowed.
→ Standard Occupancy is limited to (10) with Max Occupancy limited to (12), $150/night fee for guests over Standard Occupancy Limit. Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day.
→ Pool heat is an optional add-on charge and must be applied for the duration of the reservation. Hot tub heat is included with the reservation.
→ Quiet hours after 9 PM must be respected; violations could result in removal without refund.
→ A valid credit card on file is required for all incidentals.
Reservations are non-refundable, and cancellations result in loss of all rents paid. We require a 5,000-10,000 deposit for Long Term stays (30+ nights). After booking, you’ll be asked to provide your personal email so we can send the rental agreement. A valid credit card and ID will also be collected to verify your identity. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book.
Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we require a refundable deposit and a signed Long-Term Addendum.
