Negative: Not at all handicap accessible. Was not treated very well when arriving one hour early. Hard to find my way around. No air-conditioning. Ended up being 20 miles from Raystown Lake main entrance.

Summary: Entry to apartment had us taking steep stairs just to get into main area.
