Summary: Loren made our stay as comfortable as possible due to unexpected construction. He communicated and took care of issues promptly. The place wasn't as clean as I would have preferrred but since it was pet friendly it was doable. My hubby was from Alaska & he said it was to his expectations so a 4 for him & a 3 for me. Location was good and nearby to everything.
