The beauty of this property is that it's a peaceful and private retreat that has just 30 steps to the water and is only a 13 minute drive to the village to where all the restaurants, shops, grocery/drug stores, etc are. This property is over 2000 sq feet and very unique with a lot of charm. The owners have provided many updates including a new kitchen and bathrooms with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, flooring & carpeting, quiet ductless split heat/air conditioning on the main level with forced air/central air conditioning on the 2nd level where the sleeping quarters are. On the main floor, there is a sitting area, separate living room that has a beautiful gas fire place with a quartz surround, dining area, full bathroom and laundry room. There is also a wrap around deck with beautiful views. On the 2nd level, there is brand new carpeting installed in June 2021, 3 full bedrooms, (1 king bed, 2 queen beds) 1 full bathroom and a really unique "sleeping porch" which has 4 twin beds. The sleeping porch acts as a separate bedroom with heat and central air but with a sophisticated window system that allows you to have the fresh air and a breeze on 3 sides if you choose to do so.
