Oven, Dishwasher, some light switches, bath tub, and vanity are original. Three bedrooms, 1.5 Baths. Each bedroom has a vintage game console. Plenty of vintage, workable pinball machines and vintage handheld games throughout the house. The place is yours to use. Also has a patio for outdoor grilling. Located near the lakeside community with local restaurants, shops, and breweries. Five minutes from the Amtrak Station. Right off I-64 and near I-64 & I95 interchange.
