It has many windows with nice views of town, ocean side sunrises and bay side sunsets and also allowing lots of sun light. The unit provides 4 beach passes, one parking spot at the large private back yard with dedicated propane grill next to it and access to the large basement for laundry and the unit assigned 4 bikes, 4 beach chairs and a beach cart, beach games, pickle ball and tennis rockets. Also a free parking allowed at the front of the house on Main Avenue. No pets allowed.
