The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed, then the shared hallway bath. The top floor has a spacious great room. The living room includes a large deck, wet bar and 1/2 bath off the kitchen. The fifth bedroom has a King bed & private bath. Both North and South sides of this home are rentals. If choose to use - there is a connecting door to both sides on the top deck. Also, there is an elevator to ground level. There is a $400 Elevator Sec Deposit. Owner provides beach chairs, beach cart & beach cooler. Also refrigerator in garage for tenant use.
