Sea Spray Osprey cottage is located within walking distance to Mallery Park and the Pier Village area which boasts wonderful pubs, restaurants, shops, library, beach access and a public pool, along with tennis courts, pickle ball, and a designated dog park along the way. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and has easy access to the many bicycle and walking paths that St. Simons Island has to offer.
You will love the extra gathering space in the sunroom which also leads to a large, fenced-in backyard.
Two pets under 50 lbs are allowed with a $150 pet fee for one and $225 for two.
