Take the elevator up to the open concept floor plan includes a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking, as well as a dining area that can accommodate large multigenerational families. With a large, comfortable living room ideal for entertaining or family movie nights. Enjoy the ocean views from 2 balconies facing south towards the ocean, with your go to morning beverage or relax on the other 2 balconies overlooking the private backyard pool. You will find two bedrooms on the main floor of the home, both featuring king beds, jack and jill bathroom, and balcony access. This is a PET FRIENDLY property: $175 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Additional Fees will apply for more than one dog. Guests must crate pets when they are left in the home unattended.
This pool is open year round. Pool heater may be available 3/1/24 - 11/15/24 upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $500 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
