Welcome to our charming 18BR/17BR apartments in Indianapolis! Perfect for exploring the city, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a pull-out sofa, and a smart TV. High-speed internet is included. Parking passes are available to purchase (subject to availability). Note: The heating system is louder than average when running; earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.

We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $20 per night, $100 per week, and $250 per month.
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towe
nd toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform's policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).• Pets:
