Enjoy our 3 BR, 2 Bath, on the ocean with spectacular views in OB3!! Location location location!! Soak in the sun & sounds of the ocean from our spacious deck with multiple seating areas and ample shade. No worries about propane; our barbecue grill is natural gas!
Walk out to your sandy ocean front beach! Rinse off with our outdoor shower.
Leave your worries and stress behind while you relax with your friends and family. Our house has an open floor plan with vaulted ceiling’s in our fully stocked kitchen and family room with a queen size pull out. We are a short drive to point Pleasant and Seaside Heights. Walkable to restaurants, icecream, pizza, wawa. Enjoy our Outdoor games such as corn hole & connect four under our deck or just hang in the shade in our Alpine chairs. We offer 8 beach towels all bed & bath linens toilet paper, paper towels & 4 sand chairs. Beach cart for easy lugging. All Equipment is located in storage shed under deck. Please return when not in use.There is $100 fee for each chair & $30 For each towel that is not returned at checkout which will be deducted from your security deposit.

Please keep in mind this is a home in an HOA. Please see rules and regulations. Recyclables must be separated and all trash left outside at check out.
There are no tents allowed on our beach ; umbrellas only.
We ask for a $550 refundable security deposit through Venmo, or personal check. and a cleaning fee of $300
We have off the street parking for 3 cars.

Amenities to enjoy in the area: bicycling, wave running, windsurfing, basketball courts, sailing, fishing, water skiing, surfing, parasailing, mini golf, Little Mia’s pizza, Meg’s Grill, Ben Franklin Variety store, arcade, shops, the Music Man singing ice cream shop, Barnacle Bills, Sunny Honey and the Parlor pancake houses, etc. also enjoy nearby with a short ride away Casino Pier & Breakwater Beach at Seaside Heights, Point Pleasant Boardwalk.
Pls note: we are Friday to Friday seven day weekly rental with a 4 pm check and c/o before 10 am
Unfortunately we are not wheelchair accessible. Only adults of 30 years of age may contract the rental. Legal renter named on VRBO/reservation agreement must occupy property during the dates listed in agreement otherwise will forfeit their stay with no refunds.
If the authorities should be called due to violation of any town, local or state ordinances during the stay of the tenant, any and all fines are the responsibility of the tenant and will forfeit your stay with no refund.
