This property is just a short walk to Birch Bay State Park and the new and improved boat launch (300ft away).
Portable Handicap ramp available for use. Ask owner.
Our three-bedroom home sleeps 6 to 9 comfortably in a family setting, in one queen, one king, one queen and double/twin bunk and also a twin bunk bed. The home has a max sleeping of 6 people, one person per bed. Extra person charge after 6 people. $25 per person, per night.
Front and back door locks have personalized key codes for each guest. Key codes are emailed to guest before arrival.
Fully fenced backyard with a play structure for the children.
Also good for the pet owner who is looking for that fully fenced backyard. Pet fee of $35.00 for up to 2 pets, per night. If you have more than 2 pets must get owner approval first, extra charge of $25 after 2 pets. Please no cats due to allergy sensitivities. If you have more then one pet please let owner know, so the amount can be changed before you book.
During winter season (October-April) cleaning fee could be reduced if staying under three nights and small group (2 people and under)Just ask owner.
October through April we have 10% off 7 or more nights booked, and 20% off with 30 days or more nights booked. Major holidays (Thanksgiving November 25-28, Christmas December 23-26, New Years December 31 - January 1) discounts are not available. Monthly rates are only available, during off-season October- April. A $2700.00 a monthly fee is charged, cleaning fee is $400.00 for guest that stay over 30 days. Pet fee will also be applied on the number of pets. No cats.
The bathroom is complete with washer and dryer and large jetted soaking bathtub all located downstairs on main floor.
One bedroom located on main floor. Two bedrooms located upstairs. Bunk beds and double/twin beds are upstairs. One king bed is upstairs. Queen bed is downstairs. This home does have a spiral staircase.
We have a large driveway for a boat, and several cars. Just launch your boat and park your trailer back at the house.
Just bring your clothes and food and enjoy our fully furnished home complete, flat screen smart TV, Wi-fi, and some family games.
Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Spices are also in the pantry. If you think something may not be in the kitchen just ask owner.
Come stay with us and be captivated by the beauty of Birch Bay. Enjoy the many activities that take place in the summer months. Or take a trip to Canada, Vancouver BC is just over a hour away.
Winter months we have Mt. Baker and a couple close ski slopes in Canada, for those snowboarder and ones that like to ski. We have shopping in Bellingham or you can come and relax, curl up on the couch with a good book. Wrap yourself in a blanket by the wood stove while you sip on a fresh brewed cup of coffee that is supplied for your first pot on us. Ask owner about purchasing wood for the stove. Special wood is burned in stove.
Be sure to come prepared with passport to cross border. (Currently borders are open, but be sure you check requirements and all information before deciding to cross. Unvaccinated people have to quarantine and you must be vaccinated and have ArriveCAN app and filled out before crossing.
