Updates abound in this one bedroom condo located in the Waterfronts II Condos literally steps from the lake. This community is the only property in Port Clinton with a private beach with pool and hot tub.
It is located within a sort walk to the Jet Express and downtown Port Clinton.
This condo is 1 BR, 1 BA is fully furnished - everything from 100% cotton sheets, linens and towels- to a blender and toaster! This condo has been updated! And includes everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fresh new linens, pillows, blankets, etc.
All of the living room furniture is new. It is wicker, so if you are planning to bring children, we ask that you insure they don't jump on it. It is natural for kids to like to jump on furniture. I know i did as a kid! :) That said, I want to continue to allow children, so if you think this is something you cannot control, please book a different condo. This may sound rude....I do not intend it to be. I just really like my furniture and I would like to keep it for a season or two! :)
Sleeping accommodations are also very nice. There is a queen size bed in the master, and a daybed with trundle, and a fold out bed with memory foam mattress in the main room. Although this allows 4 to sleep comfortably, local occupancy laws limits us to 4 guests.
The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to make a typical meal. We don't, however, have a traditional stove. We have a built in cooktop and a combination microwave/broiler/bake unit. We do not have a dishwasher.
In the bathroom, we have a stand up shower. We do not have a tub. The washer and dryer is located in the closet in the bathroom.
This condo offers more privacy than most at it is at the west most point, and it is a corner unit on the first floor. It offers spectacular views of the lake and the stunning sunrises and sunsets are offered at no additional charge! :) Even during storms, the light shows are magical!
It is close enough to the private pool, hot tub and beach, but far enough to get peace and privacy.
Again, this condo offers stunning, unobstructed views of the lake. Pictures show views from condo. Yes, the lake is that close! There is nothing between the condo and the lake, accept yard and rip rap. Which may be an issue for those with small children.
Great Location - next to Docks Beach house, across the street from Mr Eds, across the bridge within walking distance from the Jet Express and downtown P.C restaurants, bars and parks. Also, great location for those visiting/working at Davis-Besse, Coast Guard, or Camp Perry.
There are steps to get to the condo in the front. If one has issues navigating stairs, they can use the back door where there is only 2 steps to get into the condo. There is not a "walk" to the back, but rather a grassy side yard that is generally flat that we use to access the condo when we stay their with our Mom.
There is no elevator.
