Welcome to your tranquil oasis on the water! This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront cottage is located on 4 acres of secluded land in Cobbs Creek, Virginia. Cove Place is perfect for couples, families or small groups looking for a relaxing getaway in the beautiful Chesapeake Bay region.
Cove Place features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a screened-in porch with views of the water. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests.
Cove Place has a private dock, where you can relax on the water or launch your kayak or canoe. There is also a fire pit in the yard where you can roast marshmallows and stargaze at night.
Cove Place is located in a quiet, rural setting, but it is close to all the amenities you need. The town of Mathews is just a short drive away, and there are several restaurants, shops, wineries and breweries in the area.
