Outside, the fully fenced in backyard features 120 feet of lagoon views with a heated in-ground pool, hot tub, tiki bar, fire pit, outdoor shower, non motorized water sports, and yard games. Bring your water toys and launch off of our private 20 foot dock! Inside, you can enjoy an oversized living/dining space with brand new floors as well as an additional den to spread out! You can also enjoy quiet morning coffee in our sunroom with beautiful views. Our three bedrooms sleep 10 people comfortable. The master bedroom has a king bed and full master bath with laundry. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is perfect for up to 6 kids, with two twin over full bunk beds!
