The open concept kitchen, dining and family room creates lots of space for gathering. The kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, gas stove and plenty of cupboard space. The dining area seats 6 at the hand built wooden table plus offers 4 stools at the counter. The living area includes a reclining sofa, reclining chair and bench. All of the seating faces a new 55" flat screen smart TV mounted on the mantle above a room warming gas log fireplace. Wrap around porches offer plenty of seating on two levels for sunning or river watching. A section of the porch off the main level bedroom, has been screened and features a beautiful outdoor gas fireplace for relaxing evening fires. The main level bedroom contains a full queen bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom across the hall with vanity, toilet, full tub and standup shower stall.
