The first floor has a beautiful kitchen and dining area overlooking the water. The oversized living area/den with a queen sofa bed , 48" TV,DVD and Xbox 360. The waterviews are spectacular. Te door from deck overlooking the water has direct access from the kitchen. Laundry room is located on the first floor. All bedrooms have DirecTV & WiFi (not for streaming)
