What is special about this house is that you can see both sunrise and sunset on the water from both inside and outside of the house. The house is located on the Chesapeake bay with beautiful almost 360-degree water views. Water can be seen from almost every room and bedrooms. There is a spacious wrap around deck that will let you enjoy the beautiful views of the water. House is located right across from Hart- Miller island. A short trip on kayak or boat will give you access to the island. There is a hot tub on the deck that you can enjoy while surrounded by the beautiful view of the water. The house has a large beverage cooler that is located in the bar area. Please bring your own beverages. House has its own elevator that makes it very convenient to access all 3 floors. Sit back and enjoy your getaway.
Amenities:
-2 kayaks (1 person kayak) provided. Please bring kayak back, otherwise there will be a charge of $350 per kayak. There is a launching area right next to the entrance of the house. Please do not launch the kayak anywhere else except the boat ramp. Please do not launch kayak from dock or rocks.
-3 adult and 2 children size life jackets will be provided for kayaks, but please bring your own if you do not fit standard size or if you need life jackets for swimming for many people.

We have a dock where a boat can be tied to. You may bring your own boat (your own or rented). If you do so, please let me know in advance and send me a copy of your boat insurance. Please do not use the existing boat lift (as it is not fitted for your boat, it may lead to damages). We are not responsible for any damages that may occur to your boat while it is docked at our place. Also, if there is any damage to the dock, you may get charged.
Because house is waterfront, during windy days, it can be quite windy and sometimes noisy at night depending on the wind speed. This is a common problem with water front property.

We have cameras monitoring most of the outdoor areas and have one indoor camera that looks at the main stairs entering the house. We have motion sensors inside the house, but they do not record videos.
