It is a one of a kind villa that offers a large sitting room with HDTV & fireplace and an additional media room with HDTV. It has a spectacular view of the marina and hill country with a large wrap-around balcony and sun deck with grill. There is a King bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom, and 2 twins in the third bedroom. There are two sleeper sofas, one in the living room and one in the media room. Other features include 2 1/2 baths, Washer/Dryer, Wifi, and access to all Island Resort amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, workout facility, tennis courts, and onsite restaurant. This villa is perfect for a large family or group of friends to have plenty of room to relax in this spacious condo after a wonderful day on Lake Travis!

Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.
We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
