The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a 36-inch gas stove, elegant white cabinetry, and a stylish backsplash. We even provide a Keurig coffee machine, complete with complimentary K-cups to kickstart your mornings!
On the main floor, you’ll find a generously sized bedroom and a full bathroom for added convenience. The upper level features a spacious master bedroom with an exquisitely designed ensuite bathroom featuring double vanities, as well as a secondary bedroom and a full hallway bathroom. The master suite also includes a private 50-square-foot deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunsets.
Step outside to our expansive 400-square-foot private penthouse deck, perfect for entertaining. Fire up the grill (please remember to refill the gas as needed) and soak in the spectacular views of the Washington Monument, Capitol, and Cathedral. An assigned parking space in the rear of the building is included for your convenience.
