This is an updated Village Green twin: the unit and yard are completely private but is attached to one other unit (shared wall in the center of the house splits the house into two units). The back yard is fenced in. We are seven blocks from the Trenton Avenue beach entrance, which has bathrooms and a shower, and less than a mile from the Washington Street Mall. Located on a great block in Village Green: a quiet neighborhood where you can spread out and truly relax, yet be close to all Cape May has to offer. The unit sleeps six with a master bedroom plus two additional bedrooms that are “railroad style” in that you have to walk through the queen bedroom to get to the twin bedroom. The queen and twin bedrooms are adjoined; they are separated by a custom made barn door. Every room features beachy and nautical touches so that you won't lose that "I'm at the beach feeling" for a moment! The living room has a 64 inch wall mounted SmartTV, comfortable seating and board games for entertainment. The eat-in kitchen is bright and and the hallway bath with tub/shower features an LG washer and dryer, large vanity and counter top. The master bedroom has a king bed, two large closets and an attached bathroom with stand up shower. The queen bedroom has ample closet space and the adjoined twin bedroom has two small chests of drawers plus under bed drawers. There is a covered deck off of the twin bedroom with cushioned teak couches. A small covered front porch, flat fenced in backyard, six person outdoor dining set with cantilever umbrella and custom outdoor hot/cold shower complete the outdoor space. Central air, dishwasher, board games, beach chairs and umbrella, and four adult beach cruisers are provided for your enjoyment.
