The 2.5-acre property is located behind a private code entry gate and surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds. 'Uncorked on Hayes' has a smaller fence around the immediate home, perfect to keep your little fur babies and to enjoy the beautiful Murrieta weather. Down behind the home, is a large grass field shared only by one other family. Plan a picnic or take a morning stroll with a cup of complimentary coffee in hand.
The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There is a coffee pot and tea kettle for your use as well.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable memory foam queen bed. We also have a twin rollaway available in a closet.
