Summary: Upon arrival we walked into a room with no heat on. It was freezing cold in room. It was -19 outside. Ice build up on tiles as we entered. Turned heat on to hi and found that the air vent was open. Closed. Took all night to heat up room. Then found that they don’t supply heavy or extra blankets in room. Had to take the sheet that is at the end of the bed and use both of them as an extra blanket. Microwave was not cleaned out. Had splattered food in it. Draft of winter cold came in from bottom of entrance door. Not a happy stay.
