This is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and to respect our neighbors we do not allow any commercial vehicles, no smoking and absolutely no parties. There is a limit of 3 cars at the house, parked in the driveway.
Guests can use all of the spaces except for the garage and basement - those are for owner storage.
This multi-level home features a spacious floor plan for the whole family to enjoy. Upon entering, you'll find a Queen Bedroom, half bath, and laundry room followed by the main living area a few steps up from the lower level.
This Poolside Cottage is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by farmland, yet still within a few minutes to the nearest shopping center. With a fenced in pool, enclosed sunroom, large lawn, and spacious floor plan, you're family is sure to have the perfect balance between relaxation and activities.
The main floor of the house boasts a spacious living room with large windows, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen.

A door from the sunroom leads our to the fenced in pool (which can be locked to ensure that children don't unknowingly find their way to the pool).
The pool is surrounded by a large patio space with lounge chairs and a grill. Along with this already outstanding backyard space, you're welcome to use the additional acre of lawn space to play an additional games with your family!
