Right on Spring Garden and 15th Street you have a selection of places to eat.
There are at least a dozen places within 5 - 10 mins walk from the flat.
And only a few blocks South you will be in Center City where the food choices are abundant.
As you walk in you will feel welcomed, I have designed the unit with clutter free in mind yet providing all the amenities you would need for a short or long term stay. Feel peaceful and comfortable in any room of the apartment.
The living room has a comfortable sofa sleeper that sits in front of a Smart TV so you can catch up on any of your favorite shots or sports.
The living room is also fashionably designed so you can also work from home and not feel confined.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking amenities, dishware, flatware, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, gas stove and oven, fridge and freezer also.
We have an intimate dining area for 2 for quaint dinners and gatherings.
A Work From Home Station has also been created for you with a new comfortable chair and desk near the window for natural sunlight and powerful reliable wifi flows through the apartment.
The bedroom has a comfortable full size bed, plenty of closet space, a nice design and serene setting for a good night rest.
The a relaxing new ceramic shower with good water pressure, and wide showerhead awaits you.
We have a coin operated washer dryer in the basement for all guests to utilize.
Parking: You can park on the block, there is however 2 hour time limits during the day and later afternoon. Free overnight parking. You can also apply for a guest parking pass with the City of Philadelphia online. I can provide you with the link for a 7 day up to 30 day pass once your booking is confirmed.
The Spring Garden Subway Station is only 2 blocks away and takes you to City Hall and Market Street Center City in 1 or 2 stops total 4 mins.
You can also walk to Center City which takes 6-7 mins straight down 15th St or Broad Street
You can walk to most points of interest from here if you are up for it.
If you don't need to drive this is also a great location since the Subway is only 2 blocks away
