Come enjoy lake living at The Winne Cottage! Located on a cul-de-sac, you'll find the location for a quintessential lake get away. Far enough away for peace and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy shopping and meals out! Things are clean, comfortable and ready for your visit!
This two story home with central air conditioning, has a fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, living room with flat screen TV, DVD player, cable and Wi-fi, dining room with a large table, one bedroom with a king bed and full bath on the main floor and three more bedrooms with a full bath upstairs. In the basement you'll find a ping pong table, for a little friendly competition, and another flat screen TV with Roku stick.
You can hang out on the deck and enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Winnebago or spend time on the dock fishing and swimming. There is excellent swimming right off the pier! We have a two person kayak, two kids kayaks and the bean bag game for additional fun!
In the evening, you can grill out on the charcoal grill and afterward make s'mores on our fire pit out by the water! We have bag chairs to pull around the fire, so everyone can have a seat!
Come stay in the winter for excellent ice fishing, ice skating and hanging out indoors by our wood burning fireplace! There are things to do all year long!
Our home is available to rent during the EAA AirVenture Festival! We are two miles from the EAA Seaplane Base and seven miles from Wittman Regional Airport. You'll enjoy days at the festivals and evenings relaxing by the lake. There is plenty of room!
We are a fifteen minute drive to downtown Oshkosh and about a twenty minute down to downtown Fond du Lac. Come stay with us!
