There is a two-car underground attached garage and a full-size washer/ dryer on the ground level. This unit offers air conditioning for the summer months. The homeowner also rents a ski locker at the base of River Run for guest use.
Upstairs, there are high ceilings in the great room with a gas fireplace and a 46-inch flat-screen TV with cable and wireless internet. The gourmet kitchen features hardwood floors, granite countertops, and center island, stainless steel appliances, and a wine cooler. Off the living room is a deck with a BBQ grill and a small table with 2 chairs. The dining area table seats 6 comfortably. A half bath is adjacent to the great room.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and a 32” flat screen TV with cable. The oversized master bathroom has radiant floor heat, travertine tile, and a two-person soaking tub with a separate shower. The second bedroom can be set up as two twin beds or a king bed upon request, plus a double-size sofa sleeper for additional guests, and a 32” flat-screen TV with cable. There is an en-suite bath with a shower only in this bedroom.
One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $120.
