3 bedroom, 2 bath home on quiet cul de sac. 25' of canal for boating, fishing, swimming, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Our home is updated throughout. There is 300 square foot deck overlooking canal attached to house and as of January 1, 2025 a new 200 + square foot deck at the canalfront. New granite in kitchen and tiled bathrooms. Newer fixtures, hardware, vanities throughout. Peloton bike added in the Fall of 2024. Colington Harbour community offers the following amenities only 1 mile from house:
