Escape to your own eclectic-inspired home nestled in the woods. Less than 10 minutes to downtown. Conveniently located right off interstate 40. Near City Lake where you can hike, fish & kayak. Minutes from downtown, TTU, CrossFit Mayhem, and delicious restaurants.
You will have the entire house to yourself. You have access to the main level of the house which is approximately 1500 square feet. The downstairs is blocked off and not accessible for guests.
The space
NEWLY REMODELED HOME
This home consists of 3 beds and 2 full baths. The Master bedroom has a brand new king-size bed with a tile walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms consist of brand new queen size beds. The main bathroom is a tub shower combo. Also on the main floor is two dining room areas that accommodate 10 guests. A fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and also workplace area. Step off of the main floor to a very large open deck overlooking a wooden view.
Back yard: Kick back and relax under the sun or at night under the lights as you enjoy the peaceful views in the back yard. Several tables and chairs are provided.
