The Space:
Bedroom 1: bedroom has a king size bed
Bedroom 2: bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin bed on the top.
*There is no ramp or elevator at this property.
There is one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire unit to themselves.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is tucked away in a cozy neighborhood, and is a quick 3 minute walk from beach access.
The unit is also a quick drive to local stores and restaurants located in the North Hampton area.
Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
